Let fly with colors as you puzzle your way through ChromaGun 2

As Summer Game Fest’s Play Days wound down on Sunday night, the teams closing their booths and security locking doors around me, I was still pondering primary colors and brain-twisting puzzles in a back booth.

My appointment should have finished half an hour before, but I was absolutely absorbed in ChromaGun 2: Dye Hard.

Like its predecessor, ChromaGun 2 is a first-person puzzle game where you shoot paintable objects with a color gun. You’re armed with red, blue, and yellow paint, and every surface can hold up to two colors. There are plenty of times you’ll need to use your knowledge of primary colors to create green, orange, or purple. Shoot an object with a third color, and it turns black. You can also take back the last color you shot. And don’t worry—there’s even a color-blind accessibility mode.
